Q: Where is my company's data backed up or stored?

A: Your data is securely stored at mirrored data centres not only here in the U.K, but globally. These centres are actively used by banks and financial institutions to backup and store banking data and transactions. This type of environment enures your encrypted data is available to YOU ONLY and is always safe.

Q: Should our backup requirements change unexpectedly, can new files be backed-up regardless of any preset data storage limit?

A: Yes. Your preset data storage limit is a guide to anticipated data storage requirements, it does not limit the amount of data you wish to backup at any given time. Should you exeed the preset limit, the system will inform you after it has backed up your data.

Q: I am happy with my FREE trial and want to to subscribe to a monthly service plan. How do I go about it?

Q: How many account PC's can I have on one account?

A: Each computer requires its own account number, so the answer is one.

Q: Where is my data stored?

A: When you open your account, it is assigned to a mirrored pair of data centres that are geographically separate. Since the data centres are identical, backups and restores can be made to or from either one of them.

The software automatically handles the connection for you. The redundancy of a mirrored pair increases the security of your stored data. Additionally, the data centres are themselves backed up. Further, duplication permits maintenance to be performed without interrupting the service
